We want to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping methods to fit your needs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and type of your order.

Next Day Hazardous Shipping: 1 Business Day
Standard Hazardous Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
Highland Hazardous Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Via Clarke Transport
Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day
Via APC Next Day, Royal Mail
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the expected ETA.
If you require the tracking link or a call on route for your fuel order, please leave a note with your order. As this isn’t automatically processed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does processing take?
All hazardous goods orders received before 12pm will be guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. Non hazardous orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
We cannot accept responsibility for orders that may be delayed in transit. Due to their hazardous nature, all fuel orders must be signed for on delivery. We can only stress to order with plenty of time due to any possible delays.
Can you deliver on the weekend?
Our hazardous courier doesn’t operate on the weekends, but our parcel courier will make deliveries on the weekend. Please check your Dispatch Notification email for the ETA of your order.
Can you collect your order?
You are more than welcome to come to our office & warehouse. Please select the Collection option, but please wait for the confirmation email for your collection before setting off.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We’re here to help! If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@aaoil.co.uk or call us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.
Do we ship to Europe?
For any fuel orders we will refer you to the distributor in or close to where you located. We are able to ship oil to Europe, but you will need to contact us for shipping prices.
